Roles and Responsibility:

Project Execution:

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Looking after curing and casting work on the site.
• Maintaining cleanliness on the site.
• Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program.
• Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.
• Fulfill the role of Temporary Works coordinator when required.
• Liaise with Jr. Civil Engineer, Sr. Civil Engineer, and Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

Reporting:

• Evaluating the performance of contractor’s workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Reporting regarding the progress of curing and casting work on the site.
• Reporting of cleanliness on the site to the superior on daily basis.

Follow Ups:

• Taking follow ups regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions from the concerned superior.
• Taking follow up from contractors as and when needed.
• Taking follow up from Temporary Works coordinator when required.
