Roles and Responsibility:
Work Execution:
- Looking after all site activities like RCC work, Brick work, Plaster work, Finishing work etc.
as and when required. - Managing Material on the site.
- Understanding of Drawings is must.
- Provide budget oversight and develop cost estimates for materials and personnel based on documents and project plans.
Reporting:
- Managing the workflow of the Project.
- Daily Inspection of the Construction Sites.
- Prepare and present progress reports of the given site to the lead civil engineer, technicians, and other team members as and when needed.
- Preparing and submitting DPR (Daily Progress Report) / DLR (Daily Labour Report) to the concerned authority.
Follow Ups:
- Taking Follow up for the daily work from site supervisor.
- Taking follow up from contractors regarding material and labours.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech – Civil Engineering.
- Problem-Solving Skills.
- Team Co-ordination.
- Learning Skills.
- Knowledge of Civil Eng. Related Software’s.
